Wipe down any dirty parts of the PU leather and cord with a damp cloth instead of soaking it in water. If the collar comes into contact with water, allow it to air dry, away from direct sunlight. If there is odour, wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and spray it down with a deodorant - allow the scent to dissipate before using it.
